Conveniently located in the historic heart of the medina of Marrakech, Riad Hizad is a riad both contemporary and traditional in style, a very comfortable well equipped house where you will spend an unforgettable stay in Marrakech.

The riad is built around a courtyard of white marble and the riad features an adjacent garden which is rare in the medina of Marrakech.

There is a lounge and a large dining room, with a huge fireplace, all with underfloor heating.

Upstairs are 5 suites, all in different styles, with ensuite bathroom, safe, plasma TV, heating and air conditioning :

- Suite BERBER, beige colored, with its own bathroom (shower) and queen size bed
- Suite TATAOUI with Tatoui ceiling and 2 twin beds of 90 cm or king size bed
- Suite JARDIN overlooking the garden, has a separate entrance. You will enjoy a balcony, bathroom with large bathtub and queen size bed 160. Extra bed for a child.
- Suite FRAMBOISE, burgundy colored, consists of a lounge area with a sofa bed that can be used as extra bed for a child, an alcove with a king size bed, a superb bathroom with shower and bath.
- Suite FES, with fireplace, a king size bed with a bathroom in black and white marble

A hammam is available as well as a massage room.

The roof terrace with solarium, heated swimming pool heated and Berber tent is the ideal spot for lunch, diner or sun lounging.

While enjoying the view of the Koutoubia mosquee and the Atlas as a backdrop, we can organize you a drink or a candlelit dinner under the starry sky of Marrakech.

Riad superbe,agréable, très clair et d'une propreté exemplaire! Les chambres sont spacieuses, les salles de bain luxueuses! La terrasse est fantastique, plusieurs petits coins pour s'isoler, agréable bassin, et une belle végétation. Extra d'y déjeuner au soleil. La cuisine faîte par Latifah est délicieuse. Très bon service. Bonne équipe. Et surtout un accueil fantastique d'Isabelle la maîtresse de maison, qui a été d'une grande aide pour beaucoup de choses, guidage dans les souks, conseils sur les lieux à visiter, les restaurants où aller déjeuner. Merci pour son écoute, ses attentions, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

La piscine en terrasse + la qualité des masseuses + la propreté du lieu

Petit détail technique concernant la piscine qui s'est avérée une grosse déception : Nous avons choisi ce riad pour sa piscine chauffée comme annoncé dans l'annonce, mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. A notre arrivée l'eau était à 22 degrés, et à notre demande la température est montée à 32 degré (magnifique, nous n'en demandions pas tant!) le lendemain après-midi seulement. Malheureusement nous avons quitté le riad vers midi pour partir en excursion.
