Villa Lefkadas 1 is part of a private residence of five stone villas all with private swimming pools and exceptional sea views from all the rooms. They stand on a low hill overlooking breathtaking vistas of the Ionian sea near the most famous Greek beaches.
The villa is nestled among oak and olive trees, spaced far enough apart to ensure privacy.

There is a unique private beach just below the villas, an ideal area for our physically fit guests who will have to hike along a 450 m trail, corresponding to a 180 m elevation drop to reach it.
The estimated round-trip time for descent/ ascent is 25-45 minutes, depending on the physical shape of the hiker.
There you will find a beautiful sandy expanse and, if you’re lucky, you can spot dolphins swimming in the water. The area belongs to the environmental protection network Nature 2000, because it is a habitat for dolphins and seals.
