This exclusive property is located close to Kardiani Bay and about 15km from Tinos town and comes with a private beach and a private saltwater pool .
It stands directly on the seafront and Guests can enjoy the ultimate privacy. Ideal for the ones looking for quality, tranquility and charm. The villa resides at the center of 17,000 square meters of property and offers direct, breathtaking and unobstructed sea view from all bedrooms and verandas. It is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden of trees, shrubs and flowers full of beautiful scents. In addition a vegetable and fruit garden provides for the essentials during the summer.
The main villa consists of a two level building that follows and meshes with the landscape. The lower level consists of a 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a small fully equipped kitchen and the staff and support area. The upper level features a large living room with an open and modern kitchen and three bedrooms with three bathrooms.
The interiors and designer furniture are predominant in white color, minimalistic and very modern. All bedrooms are equipped with high tech silent ceiling fans. There are many verandas- including an outdoor dinning room-, with pergolas and patios where Guests can relax and enjoy the view.
The outdoor living area by the swimming pool features a large stone patio and a pergola that protects the area from the wind and the sun. A stone built bar , a marble dinning table for 10 and a cleverly positioned sofa can be used as the center of the activity from the morning hours till late in the evening. An high quality stereo/ipod system, a gas fired BBQ grill and plenty of sun chairs provide for the perfect entertainment of the guests. Further, a short pathway leads to a small secluded beach. It is protected from northern winds and Guests can enjoy the crystal clear Aegean waters. A comfortable umbrella protects from the blazing sun and numerous chairs and sun beds are provided.
