Room, 1st floor, lake view. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 2 single bed, 1 baby bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor, lake view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.


Indoors

In order to create a warm, cosy and a relaxing home, the indoors have noble materials such as coated with lime, oak parquet, chestnut doors, travertine and wrought iron.
The dining room is an extension of the modern and bright living room, with comfortable couchs, a TV, a HI-FI system and a DVD player. The dining room opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool and the Reginu lake.
The fully equipped kitchen has a small dining table inside the room and opens onto a terrace overlooking the olive grove, with an outdoor dining table, where you can have your breakfasts under the sun every morning.
This villa has five bedrooms, and each of them are spacious, full of light, comfortable and offers privacy for 8 adults and 2 children maximum. 


Outdoors

With its many terraces and outdoor lounges, the villa has a lot of common spaces where you can all gather and enjoy the Corsican sun.
Once outside, the view offered to you is breathtaking : you will admire the Reginu Lake and the magnificent Tuscan landscapes.
The 5m x 10m private swimming pool is equipped with fully automated salt filtration. The progressive depth reaches a maximum height of 1.80 m. The swimming pool is secured by an alarm, a gate and hardware.
Villa Oliveraie is located in an olive grove of 2.5 hectares dating from the 17th century which has no less than sixty majestic trees. A garden planted with citrus and plants is set up facing the living room.


Location 

The village of Monticello has an equestrian center and a municipal swimming pool, which offers swimming lessons for children. The small grocery store in the center of the village offers pastries and bread as well as some Corsican specialties. It is possible to get there on foot via a small bucolic path.
