- a double bedroom (or a bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90cm),

- two independent toilets,
- a child room with 2 bunk beds (90cm), for a capacity of 4 beds,
- laundry.

The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a dining room bathed in daylight. There is also a comfortable lounge.
You can enjoy the view of the beautiful garden from the living room, the dining area and the kitchen.


Outdoors

The large garden of 880 sqm has a heated swimming pool, secured by a cover. You can enjoy breakfasts and lunch with family on the terrace.
You will appreciate the enclosed garden where your children will find the perfect playground.
At your disposal, 2 private parking spaces and a bicycle garage.


Location

Villa Ré'lax is perfeclty situated between the beach and the village's center where you can find shops, tourist office, markets, post office, etc. This villa is ideal to combine family holidays and well-being/pampering at Relais Thalasso of Ré "Atalante" which is a few steps away from the house.

- Containers and garbage cans must be empty on departure.
- Electricity consumption is included in the price from June to the end of September. The rest of the year, it is billed according to actual consumption (meter read on departure and arrival).
