It is located on the 3rd floor of a large chalet with a covered parking area, ski and boots storage area and an elevator with direct private access to the apartment.
Ski lift of Le Rouge is 200 metres from the chalet and can be reached by foot through a pedestrian walkway. Children ski lift of Les Esserts and ski school for beginners is 300 meters from the chalet going uphill by Chemin de la Morintse.

The chalet is a penthouse spreading over 3 floors. The lower floor is mostly not available (owner's bedroom and study) apart from the laundry room which is available for use by guests.

Entrance through direct access to the elevator in the apartment + classic entrance by a main door on the third floor of the chalet.

The chalet is 200 metres from the ski lift Le Rouge which is accessible by a footpath and 10 minutes walk to Verbier main shopping street.
