Indoors
The house is equipped with a lift.
Ground floor:
This level has a large entrance hall, a living/dining room (with fireplace), a fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen, as well as a professional preparation kitchen (special catering).
Guests can also enjoy large terraces (indoor and outdoor) that are both comfortable and well appointed.
There is also a meeting room, a lounge/library area and a separate toilet on this floor.
1st floor:
This floor offers 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a beautiful view of the lake. Each room has a private balcony.
2nd floor:
On this level, guests will find a beautiful Penthouse Suite of 100m2 with lake view, open shower room (with 2 adjoining showers), bath and WC, balcony access, massage chair, built-in TV, library and reading corner.
Garden level :
The 6th bedroom, with separate entrance, is located on this level. Guests can also enjoy a home cinema with Sonos surround sound system, a wine and cigar cellar (temperature controlled - open only on request), a bar area with pool table and a separate toilet and a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer available).
There is a separate entrance to this floor but it is quite possible to access this space through the living room.
The SPA and wellness area:
This area with view on the lake includes a heated indoor swimming pool (open all year round from 7am to 10pm and heated from 30/09 to 30/04), a jacuzzi, a sauna (6 places), a hammam, a massage room equipped with the SONOS system and a gym (with treadmill and technogym machine).
Deckchairs are also available.
Furthermore, the house is equipped with security doors, security cameras, satellite receiver for national and international channels, helicopter landing permit, fire alarm system, underfloor heating, and parking for 3 cars.
Outdoors
This beautiful property offers an incredible view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
The large sunny terrace is south-east facing, ideal for yoga sessions (20 mats available).
The villa also has a summer kitchen, overlooking the pool and fully equipped (with Braai barbecue).
Staff and Services
The price includes the final housekeeping, the provision of bathrobes and slippers, tourist taxes, an insurance (covering material damage following: fire, explosion, water damage; recourse from neighbours and third parties; damage to movable and immovable property belonging to the owner of the rented property).

At Veyrier, all local services are available: mini-market, bakery, butcher, florists, café, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors.
Close to the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, we offer a lake and mountain stay to make the most of the region's assets.
In winter, our rates include a transfer to La Clusaz or Grand Bornand for the day (drop off at the foot of the slopes, return at the end of the day).
Activities
The property is located on the first hills of Veyrier du Lac, close to the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand.
Veyrier du Lac is a typical Savoyard village, located on the shores of Lake Annecy. All local services are available (supermarket, bakery, butcher's, florists, café, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors). In addition, its 3 grassy beaches allow easy access to the lake and to numerous activities (sailing, water-skiing, diving, kayaking, Wake-Boarding...).
Annecy is only a few kilometres away and access is facilitated by a recent cycle track running along the lake.
20km away, holidaymakers can discover the Val de Tamié (27km long Nordic ski area, with an exceptional view of the Tamié Abbey). Many activities can be found nearby (snowshoeing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, sledging, walking...).
30 minutes away is Le Semnoz (Nordic area, snowshoeing and hiking trails, La Grimpette trail, walking circuit...).
