Room 4 - Studio Indépendant :
Room, Ground level, view of the mountains, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, safe.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, safe.

Notes: 
- 4 out of 5 bedrooms have air conditioning.
- The house has 2 baby cots.
- A 120cm foldable mattress (as an extra bed) is available in the cabin.
- The bedroom with independent access is ideal for nanny/staff or for young people who want their independence.


Indoors 

The decoration mixes wonderfully raw and authentic materials with contemporary style, giving the house a warm and cosy atmosphere that will make you feel at home.
You can enjoy a pleasant and generous living room (80m²) with sea view, a dining room, an open kitchen fully equipped, an office, as well as 5 beautiful bedrooms.
The property also has a "cabane", located in the maquis, on the path leading down to the sea. With its position above the water, it is a perfect place to enjoy a moment of rest or a little nap.
The house has a very good internet connection and the whole house is air-conditioned (except for one of the bedrooms which has an electric fan).


Outdoors​ 

You will be seduced by the unique charm of the property, with its 5 terraces on several levels, taking you closer and closer to the sea.
Each terrace offers a superb view that is impossible to get enough of and allows you to relax in your own way, whether it be exercising, lounging by the pool or sipping a cocktail on a deck chair.
You can also  enjoy the gym (with elliptical, rowing machine, treadmill, various other equipment and a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean) and the beautiful pool heated from Mars to mid-Novembre (12 x 6 metres - salt filtration - electrolyser). The pool is heated to 28°C, so you can swim at any time, all year round. 2 gates secure the pool access and the pool has a secure underwater cover.
The villa also has the rare privilege of having its own direct and private access to the sea, as well as its own mooring at your disposal (located at the bottom of the ground which goes down to the sea via the maquis was arranged by respecting its authenticity).
The garden of the villa is fully fenced and has an automatic gate with beeper.
The property has parking for 2 cars in front of the porch and additional parking for 3 cars (on the lower ground belonging to the villa).


Staff & Services

The price includes the pool heating (from March to mid-November), a 2 hours daily cleaning in the morning from Monday to Saturday (only in July and August - approximately from 08/07 to 25/08) and the change of bath towels every two days (only in July and August), a 2 hours cleaning twice a week (the rest of the year), the provision of beach towels, the final housekeeping, as well as the maintenance of the garden and the pool.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as xgrocery delivery, car rental, boat rental (with or without skipper), chef/cook services, babysitting, additional housekeeping, sports coach, lifeguard, beauty/hair/manicure ....


Location

Villa Lisandrina is located in the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, a town in the south of the " Ile de beauté" (island of beauty). This city between sea and mountain, its citadel, its marina, its trendy places, its magnificent beaches, its white sand and its turquoise waters will make you dream.
In the vicinity of the villa there are many restaurants and bars. You can easily discover the local specialities and the nightlife in Porto-Vecchio!


Notes
- The villa features an alarm system with detectors. This is never in operation during the rental periods of the villa.
- The ground below the property which descends to the sea via the maquis is a steep and unsecured area beyond the gate at the bottom of the garden. It is accessible to the guests but under their full responsibility. The owner's responsibility is in no way engaged as soon as the access gate to this natural and unsecured area has been crossed by the guests and/or his/her companions.
- The swimming pool is closed until 9 March.
