Occupants will appreciate the beautiful open plan fully equipped kitchen.
The first floor features a beautiful oak parquet floor and has two bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

Guests will also be able to discover numerous tourist sites nearby, such as: the village of St-Jean-de-Côle, Brantôme (nicknamed the Venice of the Périgord), the Villars Caves, the Puyguilhem castle, the Hautefort castle, the Érignac gardens, the Flow Velo (a cycling circuit from the Périgord to the Atlantic) etc...
Bordeaux is about 2 hours away by car and Angoulême about 1 hour.
