Indoors 

Belle Place 1 stands out for its impeccable interiors. Spread over 100m² on two levels, the apartment includes three bedrooms: two luxurious double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunk bed for three people. Each bedroom is equipped with a bathroom, a television, storage and comfortable bedding. The living room is divided between the lounge, the dining room and the kitchen. The high-end Poliform kitchen overlooks the dining room that can accommodate ten guests. Winter evenings will be by the fire with the gas fireplace.


Outdoors

Immersed in nature, the apartment opens onto a dream panoramic view of the snowy peaks. It has two outdoor spaces: a large 8 meter long terrace equipped with a table and deck chairs, and a small garden accessible from the bedroom.

The rental price includes a welcome pack (winter only), champagne (winter only), beds made on arrival and bathroom products.
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) and linen (sheets and towels) are also included.

Regular cleaning may be requested at an additional cost.

Belle Place 1 is close to everything. Just 250 m from the center of the resort and 450 m from the snow front, it allows easy access to the activities that Courchevel has to offer.
