Indoors

The interior of the house, recently refurbished to a high standard, features a harmony of vibrant colours and a careful arrangement of designer furniture, far removed from the uniformity of mass production.
As soon as you enter, the spacious living room captivates with its natural light, accentuated by huge picture windows opening onto the terrace. The traditional vaulted ceiling, the contemporary fireplace integrated into a bespoke bookcase, and an elegant circular dining area all enhance the communal living space. The kitchen, the heart of the home, is fully equipped to meet the needs of gourmets.


Outdoors

The outside of the villa is an invitation to relax. The main terrace, accessible from the kitchen and living room, leads to a shaded area, ideal for enjoying the cooler weather, and stretches out in front of the main attraction: the heated swimming pool (9 x 5m - Depth: 1 to 2.5m). The garden, with its palm trees and lush green lawns, invites you to relax. For active leisure, a modern pergola houses a table tennis table and, nearby, a sauna offers panoramic views for total relaxation.
