Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also dressing room.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private.

Room 5
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom shared.

Room 6
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom shared.


Indoors 

On the ground floor, you'll find a large entrance hall, from which you can access the spacious living room with sea views. This opens onto the large, fully-equipped kitchen and has direct access to a porch with a high table and stools (right next to the barbecue). Next to the kitchen is a guest toilet.
This level also contains the beautiful master bedroom (with dressing room and en suite bathroom).
The first floor has 3 further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a very large terrace.
The last two bedrooms of the house (with shared bathroom) are on the lower floor.


Outdoors​ 

The house, with stunning sea views, is surrounded by a garden and has several areas with sofas and hammocks and Balinese beds on the terraces.
There is also a double barbecue, an outdoor dining area (opposite the swimming pool), a table tennis table, a Jacuzzi and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool.


Location

The villa is located in Son Servera, on the east coast of Mallorca.
It enjoys an ideal front-line position above the sea, with direct access to the sea.
