Indoors 

The ground floor of the villa houses a spacious air-conditioned living room with panoramic sea views through large bay windows, a fully equipped kitchen with sea views, a master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom also with sea views. Upstairs, there are three further suites, all with sea views and access to a private terrace.


Outdoors 

Enjoy the outside of the house with its terrace offering breathtaking views, 8 x 4m heated swimming pool, garden furniture, table and chairs, plancha, sun loungers and solar shower. All in a peaceful, private setting, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun.


Staff & Services

Rental of the house includes heating of the pool and maintenance of the garden and pool. Other services are available on request and at an additional cost: daily cleaning, mid-stay cleaning, grocery delivery, villa pre-stocking, airport transfer, chef or cook.

Ideally located in Carqueiranne, just 3 km from Almanarre beach and close to other magnificent beaches such as Pradon beach and Bergerie beach, Villa Caldi offers easy access to local shops, water sports activities and superb tourist sites such as the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros. What's more, its proximity to towns such as Toulon, Marseille and St Tropez makes it an ideal base from which to explore the region.
