Indoors
The interiors are meticulous, very inviting, and utterly charming with characterful features. With five beautifully finished bedrooms, the villa sleeps up to twelve guests. The house is extremely family-friendly.
Outdoors
The villa Irmas enjoys a stunning outside area with a gorgeous infinity pool (14 x 3 meters) and superb, uninterrupted views of the countryside. Wide opening windows create an "inside-outside" feeling.
The sunset area offers welcome shade, perfect for alfresco dining staring at the endless landscapes.
Staff & Services
Daily housekeeping is included in the rental of the house, as is the presence of a person who can help with the preparation of breakfast, helping setting up tables for blunch and dinner or doing the laundry if needed.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of various additional services, such as housekeeping, baby equipment (cot/high chair), additional bed, chef services, bikes, Buggy Can-Am Traxter HD10 Max (6 People)...
The final housekeeping is not included in the price and is mandatory.

Thanks to its sensational location visitors can easily reach the center of Melides or the breathtaking beaches of the area through the nature trails.
