It’s a great house to share with friends or family and there’s enough room (both inside and outside) to keep everyone entertained. You will be staying in a calm area with easy access to the beaches, the natural park of Sintra and Cascais, and Lisbon.

Indoors

The villa has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and space enough for 11 people in total. There is a study room, several lounge and living areas, big balconies overlooking the Ocean.
With a unique architectural style in the surrounding area, the Royal Villa Estoril has three floors. The lower floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, and a connection to the garden and pool area. The first floor features one living room with a balcony with an ocean view, one luxurious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms, one study room, two bathrooms, and one living room with a view of the sea allowing you to enjoy a sense of harmony and well-being.

The house has an air conditioning that works both for hot and cold, enough parking space for at least four cars, and there is a security system in place.

There is a big garden with a swimming pool to enjoy.


Location

There are incredible beaches in Estoril and its surrounding, the picturesque town of Cascais is a short drive away and the fantastic and mystical village of Sintra with its glorious palaces can easily be accessed from Estoril as well.
