This 320 sqm house offers beautiful and comfortable interiors. 
It has 6 rooms, including 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 en-suite bedrooms and a children's bedroom), an open-plan kitchen, a living room, a dining room, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets.


Outdoors

The villa has a garden of 2800 sqm.
Guests can enjoy the covered terrace (varangue) and the beautiful swimming pool.
Access to the beach is 200 m away and a golf cart is available for guests to use between the beach, the hotel and the villa.
There is also a private parking.


Staff & Services

The price includes a concierge service, the service of a housekeeper (every day, 9 am to 3 pm), a welcome kit, baby equipment, an additionnal bed for children (3 years old max), access to tennis courts and a golf cart.

On request and at an additional cost, the villa can offer the services of a home chef (present at the villa all day from 8.30am - breakfast - to 11pm - dinner). The chef will be responsible for drawing up the menus, proposing them to you for approval, doing the shopping and preparing and serving all meals. Only the cost of food purchases will be extra (on presentation of the receipt).
The price for an in-home chef is based on a maximum of 8 people. If there are more than 8 people, the services of a sous-chef will be required.

Breakfasts are available as follows:
- Continental: coffee/tea/chocolate, fruit juice, milk, water, bread, pastries, cereals, butter, jam, pancakes (or pancake or French toast): from €25/night/person
- English: Continental formula + 2 eggs of your choice, bacon, sausages, fruit (local in season), cheese, ham: from 35 € / night / person

You can access the adjoining five-star hotel, the Sofitel So Mauritius, subject to availability:
- non-motorized nautical activities (windsurfing, dinghies, canoe, pedal boat, paddle, mask and snorkel diving): package of Rs 1,200 (starting from € 27) per person per day
- glass bottom boat: Rs400 (starting from € 9) / adult and Rs200 (starting from € 4.5) / child up to 12 years old
