Room 5
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also living area, TV, safe.

Room 6
Room, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower.

Note: the 6th bedroom is located on the terrace. This bedroom is smaller than the others and can be used as an extra bed for 2 additional travellers.


Indoors

Distributed over 3 floors, the Caletino riad is beautifully decorated in a Moroccan style, and offers spacious and warm living spaces.

Ground floor
This offers a large open room, with several lounges and a beautiful functional fireplace.
You will also find two dining rooms, a large one for 12 people, and a smaller one for 4 people, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, as well as guest WCs.

First floor
The first floor has two bedrooms, located around the patio, and a comfortable living room with sofas, television and fireplace.

Second floor
This is entirely dedicated to the other 3 bedrooms of the house.

On the terraces upstairs are also the laundry room, the massage room, and the hammam.


Outdoors

Riad Caletino has several terraces, where you can enjoy a breakfast in the sun, or simply relax on the deckchairs.
The first terrace, around a large skylight, has a dining area, ideal for 4 to 6 people.
The second terrace, about 25m2, offers 4 deckchairs and 2 parasols. There's also a pond with a fountain, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
The third, more spacious terrace has a dining area for 8 to 10 people (extendable with the table on the first terrace) and a view of the sea. It has 2 pavilions serving as outdoor lounges.


Staff and services

The house staff consists of Rachid and Khadija.
They will be at your disposal during your stay and are there to manage the house, prepare meals, take care of the housework and best meet your needs.


Location

Only a few minutes from the beach, the port and the souks, the Caletino riad is ideally located in the medina of Essouira.
For golf lovers, a 27-hole course is located 10 minutes from the medina.
The villa also offers multiple possibilities for activities, such as surfing, kitesurfing, horse riding, or even swimming.
