Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, balcony.

Children bedroom, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 3 single beds 90 cm. Bathroom shared. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, dressing room, private terrace.
Indoors
The decor is simple and authentic, with a Moroccan twist.
The interior features a double lounge and open-plan dining room, with direct access to the terrace and garden. The communal areas are bright and soberly furnished, combining local materials with contemporary touches. Reversible air conditioning ensures comfort all year round.
Outdoors
You can enjoy a heated swimming pool* (9 x 4.5m - Depth: 1.3m). A shaded terrace extends from the living room, furnished with a relaxation area and an outdoor dining area under a pergola. The small adjoining summer kitchen is ideal for preparing meals al fresco. Additional terraces are accessible from the bedrooms on the upper floors, offering private spaces and views over the estate and garden.
The villa also has a parking space.
* The swimming pool can be secured (fenced) on request and at an additional cost.
Staff & Services
The house benefits from the attentive services of a housekeeper/cook, on hand from 8.30am to 5.30pm (for stays of up to 8 people*).
The price includes daily maid service, garden and pool maintenance 3 times a week, final cleaning and breakfast.
For your other meals, the villa offers :
- An "En liberté" formula:
You pay the price of the shopping (and a supplement of €20 per journey). Villanovo takes care of the shopping and the house staff cooks with the ingredients purchased.
Notes:
- If you would like the house staff to prepare the evening meal (and therefore stay after 5.30pm), a supplement will be charged.
- For stays of more than 6 guests, another person will join the house staff (compulsory and at extra cost).
Location
Located in the secure Al Maaden resort, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting, just a stone's throw from the clubhouse and its renowned golf course. Marrakech city centre is a ten-minute drive away, as is the international airport. The main tourist attractions, restaurants and shops are all within easy reach of the villa, which also offers a relaxing residential setting.
