Daleria is an exceptional 280 m² riad that combines comfort with modernity. Ideally located in the medina of Marrakech, close to all the city's iconic monuments and sites, it can accommodate up to 11 guests with its five comfortable rooms. Fully renovated in 2024, the riad retains its charm and authenticity in an elegant, minimalist style. Guests can enjoy a patio, a small refreshing pool, a massage room, and a rooftop terrace.

Indoors
Designed in an elegant minimalist style, the riad stands out for its authenticity, showcasing traditional Moroccan materials. The carefully chosen decor reflects Moroccan culture while providing contemporary comfort. The ground floor is organized around an open-air patio with a pool (3 x 2.5m, Depth: 1.20m), including a welcoming TV lounge and a dining area flooded with natural light. A massage room is also available for relaxation and moments of tranquility.
Outdoors
The riad features a rooftop terrace equipped with a solarium, a dining area, and a lounge corner. The terrace offers views of the medina, perfect for enjoying a meal or sunbathing. It also includes a relaxation area with a beautifully designed outdoor shower, providing complete privacy.
Staff & Services
A housekeeper will be present daily to take care of you and the riad. The rooms are made up each day, and breakfast and daily cleaning are included. Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30 am.
For other meals, a "à la carte" menu is offered:
You pay for your meal as you would at a restaurant, and the house takes care of all related grocery shopping.

- Dinner from €30 per person (starter, main course, dessert - drinks not included).
Meals are to be settled on site, with a unique menu served for all guests at each meal.
Location
Ideally located in the medina of Marrakech, Morocco, the riad is at the entrance of the Dar el Bacha and Riad Larrouss districts, not only near all the iconic monuments and sites of Marrakech but also close to the souks and the famous Jemaa el Fna square.
Notes :
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden in the riad.
- Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the riad.
- It is also forbidden to bring or consume alcohol in the riad.
- All equipment provided belongs to the Riad and must not leave the Riad. You will be charged for any damage requiring replacement or repair. On your arrival and departure, a quick inventory will be carried out with the housekeeper.
- Access to the Riad by persons other than the tenants is strictly forbidden without the prior agreement of the owner.
- For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) the marriage certificate is obligatory and must be presented on arrival.

to visit, this helped us a lot. He also keeps the roof nice, always taking care of the chairs so they are ready if we want to sit on them. I am very impressed with how he keeps the plants looking very healthy and good - I know this is not easy. It helps the look and ambiance of the Riad very much. Also Soumia - she takes care of the villa very, very well. It is always so clean, tidy and comfortable. Everywhere is so neat - we like it very much. She is also a very good cook - the meal she prepared for my birthday was so good and tasty - very professional. We have had many tajines in the medina, but Soumia's was the best! And her breakfasts are really worth waking up for :)
