The villa is set in a private estate with 24/7 security. It enjoys a quiet and unoverlooked environment. 
You will be charmed by its lush 4000m² garden with palm trees, lemon trees, orange trees, olive trees, pomegranate trees, bougainvillea, etc.
You can also take advantage of its outdoor dining room (under a pergola), its furnished terraces (on the ground and 1st floors), its table tennis table and its heatable swimming pool (15x5m - Depth: 1.4 to 1.6m).
The property also has parking for 3 cars.


Staff & Services

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, a professional team is at your service. You will benefit from the services of a housekeeper to ensure a worry-free experience. For your safety and to keep the garden in perfect condition, the property also provides the services of a caretaker and a gardener.

Breakfast is included in the price.

For your other meals, the following catering options are available:

• “À la carte” option:
  You don’t need to worry about grocery shopping, as the house takes care of it:
  • Lunch: from €20 per person, per meal
  • Dinner: from €25 per person, per meal
  • Children under 10: 50% discount, and free for children under 3
     
• “Self-catering” option: You pay for the groceries (€5 per trip) and €35 per day for the cook’s service. The house staff will handle the shopping and cooking using the purchased ingredients.
