Villa Dar Aoua

In summary 

Dar Aoua is a very nice private 5 bedroom villa located about twenty kilometres from Marrakech in the heart of an ancient olive grove. Dar Aoua is a cheerful country house away from the bustle of Marrakech, an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the sun with family or friends.
Dar Aoua is built on an estate of more than 5 hectares which hosts two other villas. Each villa is completely independent, each with its own private pool. The clay tennis court is shared by all three houses.

Room, Garden level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Room 4
Room, Garden level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Room 5
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

All rooms have reversible air conditioning and a private terrace overlooking the countryside.


Indoors

The main building of the house features the living room, dining room for 10 people and kitchen, a TV lounge, a double bedroom on the ground floor and one upstairs bedroom.
In the right wing there are 3 double bedrooms all overlooking a rose garden and the olive grove.
There is a small open plan lounge with TV and DVD player.
The house has wifi with boosters in each bedroom and wifi-connected speakers for listening music.
The entire villa is underfloor heated in the winter and underfloor cooled in spring, summer and autumn. Reversible air conditioning has been installed in all bedrooms.
A separate 4-bed dormitory is available in the immediate vicinity of the house.


Outdoors

Dar Aoua is a contemporary chic villa. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with centuries old olive trees, palms, cacti and roses. The 25 metre long pool is slightly hidden from the house behind the trees.
The terraces of the villa are tastefully arranged and furnished with comfortable armchairs and cushions. The large front terrace has a covered lounge area in ​​a square shape, a very nice place to be during the day and in the evening. You can enjoy a drink here or have lunch/dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.
The rear terrace directly overlooking a fresh pond is a great place to read a book or take a nap. 
About ten metres from the villa is the swimming pool (25m x 5m) which is not heated but safe for children.
A large square table next to a barbecue is the perfect place to organise outdoor dining with the prospect of the swimming pool and beyond the Atlas Mountains.


Staff & Services

Malika is the chef at Dar Aoua. She will prepare delicious Moroccan dishes.

Dar Aoua is situated on the road to Sidi Rahal, 20km from the centre of Marrakech. We recommend that you rent a car for your stay if you want to move in and around Marrakech.
