Indoors
The main building features a subtle blend of contemporary and traditional styles. A charming central patio with a fountain and lush plants welcomes you to a haven of peace. Two relaxation lounges, a traditional organic restaurant, and warm décor create a friendly atmosphere. This building also houses four private apartments.
The second building houses five rooms, each with unique colours and handcrafted furniture, and each offering a private terrace.
Finally, the three modern lodges feature a desk area, a mini-bar, and a terrace for a premium stay.
The property also features an indoor swimming pool (6 x 5m - which can be heated from November to April), a hammam, and a massage room.
Outdoors
The estate is laid out around a sumptuous swimming pool (18 x 7m - depth: 0.8 to 2m), the vibrant heart of the property. Surrounded by private pavilions, large lawns and comfortable sun loungers, it invites you to relax. The pool bar, decorated with Zellige tiles from Fez, is a place for socialising and festivities. The gardens offer spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains, creating an enchanting and authentic setting. For your entertainment, there is a pétanque court.
The estate also produces its own fruit, vegetables, olive oil and eggs.
The parking can accommodate up to 6 cars.
Staff & Services
Breakfast can be provided on request and at an additional cost of €12 per person.
For your other meals, two catering options are available:
- À la carte option: You don't have to worry about shopping for ingredients, as we take care of that for you:
- Lunch: from €30 per person per meal,
- Dinner: from €40 per person per meal.
- Children under 10: 50% discount with a special children's menu. Free for children under 3.
- ‘En liberté’ option: You pay for the shopping (and a €40 supplement for transport). The house staff will do the shopping and cook with the ingredients purchased. Cook's fee: €40/day.
Important note: the services of a second cook will be required for groups of more than 12 people (at an additional cost).

C'est un domaine à part, façonné avec une sensibilité profonde et une âme généreuse.
Chaque espace y raconte une histoire différente : un subtil mélange de vintage assumé, de charme marocain, et de cette touche si unique inspirée de la ville ocre.
Les propriétaires ont su créer bien plus qu’un lieu de séjour : un univers vivant, apaisant, où chaque détail est pensé avec goût et intention.
Le tout dans un cadre d’une sérénité rare, où l’on se sent immédiatement accueilli, respecté, écouté.
Je repars le cœur plein et les sens comblés.
