The living room opens up to the outdoors and overlooks the ocean. Air conditioning and fans ensure comfort, while a Sonos system and satellite TV (Dish, Canal Sat) round out the audiovisual equipment. The kitchen, which is also air-conditioned, features a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, and a Nespresso coffee machine with an espresso function—everything you need to prepare meals on-site with ease.
The villa features four comfortable bedrooms, all with ocean views and en suite bathrooms with showers. Bedroom 1 stands out with its king-size bed, private terrace, and steam room; it also features a bathtub, a TV with a DVD player, and a safe, in addition to air conditioning and a fan. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are furnished with queen-size beds measuring 1.60 x 2 meters. The entire house is connected to the Internet via Starlink.
Outdoors
The garden, lined with palm trees, surrounds a 14 x 5-meter heated pool furnished with lounge chairs. It extends all the way to Anse des Cayes Beach, a two-minute walk from the property—a sandy beach bordered by rocks, featuring a beachfront restaurant and nearby parking.
Large vehicles are not recommended, as the access road to the villa is narrow. Pets are not allowed on the property.

The rental includes a team consisting of a housekeeper, a pool attendant, and a gardener who ensure that every aspect of your stay is taken care of.
Beach towels, linens, and bath towels are provided.
