Indoors

The property comprises two adjacent Ibizan-style houses, allowing you to enjoy the location at your own pace, combining historic charm with more contemporary features.
The smaller finca retains its original features, with a Sabena wood ceiling and white walls that create an authentic atmosphere.
The main house, designed by architect Rolf Blakstad, features polished limestone floors, decorative fountains, and beautiful open spaces with views. The living room, organized around a central fireplace, opens onto a terrace facing the sea. For your comfort, a well-equipped kitchen is available for everyday use.
Solar panels and an energy-efficient osmosis system complete the sustainable approach of the property.


Outdoor:

Behind a private gate, a tree-lined driveway leads to a property nestled in the heart of 28 acres of pine forest, dotted with olive trees, palm trees, and fragrant gardens. The grounds offer a children's play area, a saltwater infinity pool (5 x 15m) with lounge area, and a rooftop terrace ideal for yoga and sunsets. A cliff-side area is available for photo shoots or ceremonies, and parking is available for up to 8 vehicles.

*The pool can be heated on request and at an additional cost.


Staff & Services

Housekeeping service is included: 5 days for a 7-night stay, 2 days for a 4-night stay, and 1 day for a 3-night stay.


Location

The villa is located in Sant Joan de Labritja, in the north of Ibiza. You will have direct access to the sea through a pine forest, which will lead you to Cala Xucla (a sandy cove).
