From the moment you enter, you are welcomed by an elegant hall that leads to an office/library, perfect for reading or relaxing. The traditional Menorcan kitchen will delight cooking enthusiasts with its large marble worktop, classic dresser, and access to a charming cellar, ideal for meditation, yoga, or even private presentations. The dining room pays tribute to classic design, while the living room, equipped with a fireplace and television, offers a cozy setting to share warm moments. One of the most striking architectural features is the monumental stone staircase with its solid wood handrail, which highlights the noble and timeless character of the house.

The villa features a two-level Mediterranean patio, a true oasis in the heart of Mahón.
