Indoors & Outdoors
The interiors were designed by Charles Zana. Designer furniture and contemporary artworks are harmoniously combined with the old wood and stone of the region, affirming the modernity and the unusual character of this sublime mountain residence.
This chalet of approximately 650m2 has been designed to comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 6 children. It is spread over 4 levels, served by a lift.
You will be charmed by its unique and sophisticated contemporary alpine atmosphere, as well as by its large volumes with generous openings. You will also appreciate the superb views it offers, as well as its large terraces (more than 80m2 of terraces).
On level 2, you will find a beautiful living room under a spectacular roof with a huge dining kitchen and a spacious lounge with a masterly blackened steel fireplace. This space is perfect for entertaining family and friends in a very contemporary dynamic.
The level 1 comprises the first master bedroom, 2 double bedrooms and guest WC (each bedroom has its own bathroom).
The second master bedroom is on level 0. On this floor, you can also enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation in the air-conditioned Technogym gym, the SPA (with hammam and jacuzzi) and the massage room.
Finally, level -1 includes a dormitory, a staff room (with 2 beds and bathroom), a large ski room with shoe warmer and a laundry room. For your entertainment, this level features a games room with a Brunswick billiards, a bar and a cinema room (by Luxera Genève).
The property also has 135 m2 of garage space (6 cars).
