Indoors 

The chalet is organised around eight main rooms, complemented by an independent, fully equipped 30 m² studio.
The decor blends aged wood, raw concrete and steel accents in an atmosphere that is both alpine and thoroughly contemporary, brought together by custom-made furniture and spacious, light-filled volumes.
The open-plan American-style kitchen, opening onto the living areas, is well equipped. The living room is centred around a fireplace, with underfloor heating that enhances thermal comfort in winter. A cinema room, sauna and table tennis table round out the leisure offering.


Outdoors 

The furnished terrace and balcony extend indoor living into the open air, with unobstructed views over the surrounding mountains.
Five parking spaces are available, including two covered spaces in a double garage fitted with an electric vehicle charging point. A ski room, equipped with boot and glove dryers, allows equipment to be prepared and stored in good conditions.


Location

The chalet occupies a central position in Morzine, approximately 900 metres from the town centre, close to the Dranse de la Manche (500 m). Several restaurants are a short walk away, along with a Carrefour Market supermarket (1.1 km) and the Morzine bus station (1 km).
The Pleney gondola is located approximately 1.4 kilometres away, providing direct access to the sector overlooking the town. The Prodains cable car, the gateway to Avoriaz, is around 4.6 kilometres away. In summer, Lake Montriond (5.8 km) and Lake des Mines d'Or (6.5 km) offer swimming and hiking opportunities in an unspoilt setting.

Morzine holds a well-established reputation among Savoyard resorts, combining the authenticity of a mountain village with the scale of the Portes du Soleil ski area, which links several French and Swiss resorts. Les Gets is about ten kilometres away, and Avoriaz around fifteen minutes by car. For longer journeys, Cluses train station is approximately 29 kilometres away, Thonon-les-Bains train station around 33 kilometres, and Geneva International Airport approximately 78 kilometres.
