In summary
This new chalet, built in 2026, extends over around 230 m² across three floors, in Pra-Loup 1500. It sleeps up to ten guests in four bedrooms and opens onto a large south- and east-facing terrace overlooking the valley and the surrounding mountains. It stands 80 metres from the Molanès gondola, in a small hamlet of traditional mountain chalets. It includes an electric sauna, a lounge area with billiard table and a living room beneath a high ceiling.

Room 4

Indoors
At the entrance are a ski room with boot warmers and a cloakroom, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron, and separate WCs with a hand basin.
The first floor brings together an electric sauna and a lounge area with a billiard table, bookcase, storage, a small sitting area and an Alexa tablet.
On the second floor, the spacious, very bright living room has a high ceiling. It includes a video projector with smart TV option, a soundbar, a sofa and armchairs. A large solid-wood table seats ten, and direct access leads to the terrace. The modern open-plan kitchen is organised around a Zimbabwe granite island. It includes a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a four-ring hob with integrated extractor hood, a Nespresso machine, a toaster and a kettle.
A decorative stove, parquet flooring and electric shutters on all windows complete the interiors.
Outdoors
The large south- and east-facing terrace offers views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. It can be reached from the living room and from the master bedroom. Two cars can be parked in front of the chalet, and a public car park is around 80 metres away.
Staff & Services
Included services: beds are made on arrival, bath linen is supplied and slippers are provided.
Electricity consumption is settled on departure.
The chalet is non-smoking and pets are strictly not permitted.
Location
The chalet is in Pra-Loup 1500, 80 metres from the Molanès gondola, in a small hamlet of traditional mountain chalets. Barcelonnette and the Bois Chenu golf course are ten minutes away.
