The interior of the house is a subtle marriage of old and new. Tastefully decorated, it blends traditional Breton design elements with contemporary accents, creating a space that is both elegant and functional.
The spacious living room, featuring bay windows, invites natural light to illuminate the entire room, providing a bright and welcoming atmosphere. An 18th-century stone fireplace sits at its center, ready to warm up cooler evenings. The open kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, is a gourmet's dream, while the intimate dining room promises unforgettable shared meals under the exposed beams.
Outdoors
The exteriors of this 0.6-hectare private island are an enchantment for the senses. Three differently oriented terraces let you embrace every nuance of the surrounding landscape at any time of day. The main terrace features an open-air dining area, perfect for barbecues under the starry sky. For lovers of relaxation, deckchairs and a hammock are strategically placed, offering idyllic spots to unwind while listening to the gentle murmur of the sea. The garden, rich in endemic flowers and lush vegetation, invites you to take a stroll in serenity. The more adventurous can take advantage of the direct proximity to the sea to explore the surrounding waters by kayak or boat.
The property also has a private mooring for boats, as well as areas where it is possible to land by helicopter (depending on the prevailing winds).
Staff & Services
The price includes your first trip to the island (by boat) and your last return transfer.. The villa captain will pick you up at Roch'Hir beach and take you to the island. This service includes luggage transport, a presentation of the island, explanations of how the equipment works (electrical appliances, plancha, septic tank, etc.), and advice on what to do on site (fishing according to the tides, safety, etc.). Weather permitting, champagne and oysters from the local park can also be sampled.
On request and at an additional cost, you can rent a boat without a license during your stay, including fuel and fishing equipment (a deposit will be required). The captain will also be available to give you instructions on the use of the boat, tides, safety tips...

Situated at the mouth of the river Trieux, this pretty little private island offers a unique location with unrestricted views of an exceptional marine ecosystem. Accessible via a short boat ride, the house is an ideal starting point for exploring the pink granite coast and its spectacular rock formations. Also nearby is the Bréhat archipelago, an iconic site renowned for its idyllic landscapes and diverse flora. Lovers of history and culture can discover the charms of nearby small Breton villages, renowned for their rich heritage and local markets.
Note: Access to the island is exclusively by boat. The villa's captain will pick you up on Roch'Hir beach and take you to your accommodation.
