Villa Ariella is located on a hillside in the heights of the seaside town of Calvi, in the north-west of Corsica. Situated on an estate overlooking the Citadel, the property dominates the most beautiful bay in Corsica and offers an exceptional panorama of the Mediterranean, the Cap Corse and the highest peaks of the island of Beauty. This real haven of peace, in the middle of the maquis and surrounded by green oaks, offers the promise of wonderful holidays in Corsica with family or friends. This residence with heated pool can accommodate up to 10 people.
The estate also has another villa : Villa Santu, which is located nearby and has a similar configuration. It is possible to privatise the two villas together to accommodate up to 20 people.

Room, Ground level, independent access. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 single bed 120 cm, 1 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom shared, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Room, Ground level, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5
Room, 2nd floor, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.
The villa has one cot and can accommodate one baby.
 

Indoors 

The villa offers beautiful interiors, comfortably equipped.
The charming living area is surrounded on three sides by large windows and has direct access to the terrace and pool.
The contemporary open plan kitchen is equipped with the latest Swiss made appliances and the dining room is overlooked by a contemporary designer's work. The lounge area inspires a warm feeling of comfort and invites to read and relax. This space features a fireplace and "Made in France" designer furniture.
The house also offers five beautiful bedrooms with views of the bay and the Citadel of Calvi. They offer indoor or outdoor access to the large main terrace, where guests can enjoy, depending on their mood, sunbathing or the shady lounges. There are four bathrooms equipped with large walk-in showers and separates or shower toilets for greater comfort.  
In addition, Villa Saveriu and Villa Santu share a videoconference room for 8 people allowing to telework in a professional atmosphere (bar, a/c).
Note : Internet is available everywhere (inside + outside + videoconference room) at very high speed (FTTH fibre) and allows 4K streaming and video conferencing.

Outdoors​ 
The garden and terraces of the villa offer a panoramic view of the bay and the Citadel of Calvi. On the terrace there is a swing (adult/child) and darts.
Visitors will appreciate the privacy offered by the property, for an intimate outdoor atmosphere, in the sun or in the shade, as they prefer.
Guests can also enjoy the beautiful heatable pool (9m x 4m x 1.5m) equipped with an integrated roller shutter for optimum safety of the children.
In addition, Villa Saveriu and Villa Santu share a petanque strip with its bar in the middle of the maquis, offering a superb panoramic view.

Staff & Services

The price includes bath amenities, baby equipment (cot, high chair and baby-changing table), pool and garden maintenance and the final housekeeping.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services (on request), such as intermediate housekeeping in the middle of the stay, additional change of bed linen in all the bedrooms of the villa, heating of the pool, massages, boat trip (Frédéric or Stéphane can show to the guests the wild coastline of Corsica on board of their "vedette" moored in the port of Calvi), breakfasts or chef services.
A chef partner of the villa can, on request, offer his tasty and refined cooking via individual lunch boxes, a dinner or a buffet.

Villa Ariella is ideally located in the charming little seaside town of Calvi, on the hills overlooking the citadel and the old town.
The town centre, citadel, harbour, beach, shops, restaurants and main amenities are only 2 kilometres away.
The Calvi-Ste Catherine International Airport is only 7 kilometres from the property.
