Indoors
This 200 square metres villa, spread over several floors, offers comfortable and well-decorated interiors.
Guests will appreciate the large and bright living area with lounge, dining space and open plan kitchen. The house also has a storeroom and a laundry (washing machine and dryer).
There are five bedrooms in total, all of which open onto the outside (garden or sea-side terrace).
The ground floor has two bedrooms with sea view (one of these bedrooms has a private shower room), one other bedroom opening onto the garden and a patio, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, travellers will find a master suite opening onto the solarium terrace and having a private shower room and toilet.
The last bedroom, with private shower room and toilet, is located in an independent annex.
Outdoors
This 2000 square metres property has pleasant outdoor spaces, well equipped (weber gas barbecue, deckchairs, outdoor tables and chairs, garden furniture...).
Visitors can enjoy the landscaped garden with Mediterranean trees and an incredible panoramic sea view.
There are also several terraces and a covered patio, ideal for taking advantage of the landscape, having meals or simply enjoying a soft nap in the shade.
The villa also has a beautiful heated pool, facing the sunset and secured by an alarm (a Beethoven barrier can be added if required).

Villa Lesia is ideally located between Ile Rousse and Calvi, 2.5 kilometres from the centre of Ile Rousse and its shops.
The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ghjunchitu and Bodri are only 2 kilometres away.
The property is also 20 minutes from Calvi airport and 1h15 from Bastia airport.
