Indoors
The property, which comprises a main farmhouse and a summer house, offers a harmonious blend of historic charm and modern comforts.
Both buildings combine traditional Provençal architectural features, such as restored beams and clay tiles, with modern conveniences. The main kitchen is equipped with a professional cooker and the latest appliances. The living room, decorated with natural stone and works of art, opens onto the gardens through panoramic windows. A reading room with fireplace and vintage piano provides a soothing space for relaxation and music. The main house also has a laundry room, a fitness area (with TV, sauna and shower) and a total of 3 wood-burning fireplaces (one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in the fireplace area next to the entrance). There is air conditioning throughout the house (ground floor and first floor).
The summer house consists of a bedroom with bathroom, a dining area, a kitchen and a toilet.
The property also includes a two-car garage with electric car charging station.
Outdoors
The heated swimming pool (10 x 6m -Depth : 1.5m), surrounded by ancient rose bushes and fragrant jasmine, is the centre of many outdoor activities. Next to it, a French billiards table and a petanque court offer moments of leisure and conviviality.
In the summer house, with its summer kitchen and Kamado barbecue, you can prepare meals in the open air and enjoy them under the shade of a palm tree. The garden, dominated by a hundred-year-old plane tree, provides an idyllic setting for al fresco dining, while the terrace offers magnificent views over the Provencal landscape.
