Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with shower, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Suite with 2 bedrooms, 1st floor. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed Queen size, 1 single bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with shower, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Note: one of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning.


Indoors 

The meticulous renovation of this house has preserved traditional features such as stonework and wrought ironwork, while adding the modern conveniences needed for optimum comfort.
The house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 1 young child.
The interiors combine Provencal charm with modern amenities. The house has air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms and in the living rooms.
You can share convivial moments in the spacious living area, which includes a dining room and a cosy lounge with fireplace (not usable from May to October). The kitchen is well equipped.


Outdoors 

The garden, bordered by a majestic hundred-year-old mulberry tree, provides an enchanting setting for the swimming pool* (10x5 metres), which is secured by a fence. Several terraces and a large shaded patio, equipped with garden furniture and a gas barbecue, provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

* The swimming pool is in a separate (fenced) area.


Location

Ideally located in Rustrel, this property offers a true village experience, while being close to the region's must-see sites. Just a five-minute walk away, you'll find cafés, restaurants, a renowned bakery and a local grocery shop. For nature lovers, hiking trails start directly from the house, leading to the spectacular ochre hills of the Colorado Provençal.

Rustrel is not only a short distance from picturesque villages such as Roussillon, Gordes, and Bonnieux, but also from attractions such as weekly Provencal markets and iconic lavender fields. The village offers easy access to countless outdoor activities, from hiking and cycling to discovering the local culinary delights, promising a holiday rich in discovery and relaxation.


Note :
- No parking allocated to the house. There could be 1 place but the street is so narrow that only small cars can go through. There's public parking 5 minutes walk away.
