Indoors

The living area is centered around a broad sliding glass wall that naturally carries the space out to the shaded terrace and the pool. The living room enjoys the comfort of a wood‑burning stove. An LED TV receives satellite channels and Apple TV, complemented by a game console and a wireless sound system. The kitchen, contemporary and functional, makes everyday meals easy; it is equipped with an Illy espresso machine and a dining area for 8 guests. A separate laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment. Wi‑Fi covers the entire house and an iPad can be provided on request. For your peace of mind, an electronic safe and a first‑aid kit are provided. The layout flows smoothly and the light is constant.


Outdoors

From the ground floor terrace, access to the infinity pool is direct. Heated, it totals 42 m² with a depth of 1,40 m. Vistas open toward the sea and the Montagnes Blanches. Upstairs, a large terrace extends the living space with sun loungers and comfortable seating. Together, the spaces create convivial areas for relaxing, reading or sharing a drink, in a peaceful atmosphere.


Staff & Services

Your stay includes regular upkeep. Daily housekeeping is provided, except on weekends. For 5 to 7 nights, a change of linens and towels is scheduled; beyond that, they are refreshed every 4 days. The pool and garden are maintained during your stay. 24/7 assistance is on hand for practical needs. For families, baby equipment is provided and a baby monitor can be reserved on request, with a discreet and available team.


Location

Kokkino Chorio, a peaceful village in Apokoronas, offers an authentic setting between sea and hills. The house is 28 km from La Canée, on the route to Réthymnon. The position makes excursions to these two towns easy and frames views of the coast and the Montagnes Blanches, to be enjoyed at any time of day.
