All parts of the property enjoy stunning views over the nearby islands of Skopelos and deserted Tsougria, small Tsgougria, Argos as well as picturesque Skiathos town. The villa allows you to enjoy some privacy but at the same time has a lot of common areas such as the large terrace, with many seating areas, or the large swimming pool facing the stunning view of the sea.

Indoors

Villa Dione has two main villas, and three bungalows, perfect for a large family or a large group of friends.

The traditional main building, one of the oldest in the area, has been carefully renovated to preserve its character. It includes:
- A spacious living room, with two sitting areas, fire place, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
- A delightful kitchen acting as the heart of the house, with large table, antique furniture, hand painted Italian tiles, and a wood-fired pizza oven.
- A bathroom
- A studio with two single beds, a baby cot, extra fridge and bathroom
- A covered dining area next to the entrance

From the main veranda, the main bedroom building can be reached by stairs or slide (kids of all ages love it!).

There, a decorated door leads to:
- The playroom, with climbing wall and a “love for the sea” themed bathroom with a specially designed sink which children can climb into and bathe or shower from a hanging hose, and a shower with heart-shaped entrance. The playroom can also be used as a massage room, with massage bed available.
-The Master bedroom with a king size heart shaped bed with its bathroom
- The pink room, with king size-plus built-in bed, with heart-shaped entrance, and an extra hanging single bed.
- The blue room, with triple canopy bed.
- The romantic white room, with king size heart shaped bed and lace cover for the wardrobe.

All bedrooms in the main building have driftwood curtain rails, natural shell lights and floor decorations, ceiling fan and air conditioning. In addition, they all have a covered porch outside and amazing sea and garden views.

The shaded pine bungalow has:
- A small open kitchen with washing machine
- A bedroom with two built-in single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A terrace with sitting area

The pool bungalow with:
- A king size bed
- A bathroom with shell sink and outside shower

Outdoors

The main veranda extends to more than 280sq metres and is surrounded by colourful planted amphorae, with good shade provided by a splendid tree in the centre. The veranda includes:
- A sitting area (from which the playroom can be overseen), which faces a 23sq metre Jacuzzi infinity pool, with swimming jets and a soft water fountain springing from natural shells in the pool.
- An outdoor dining area under a large roof tiled pergola, with a beautiful Italian stone “lazy Susan” table, comfortably seating 12-14 people.
- A stylish BBQ

Other major features of the property include:
- Sea water swimming pool, reaching to more than 80 sq metres. Adjacent is a pergola-covered sitting area and a party area with sitting space and bar table.
- A veranda which can be used as an outdoor cinema, with bar table
- Three additional outdoor showers.
- Parking area.

The property benefits from private access to a secluded beach with crystal-clear waters, just 200 metres away and used only by the nearest villas.
Also available nearby are: water sports, boat rental, ski school, canoeing, parasailing, scuba diving and a beach tavern.
A delivery service is available from the local mini market.
