Room, direct access to the garden, view of the garden. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also hair dryer.

Room 4 - Junior :
Room, direct access to the garden, view of the garden. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also hair dryer, closet.


Indoors

Everything has been designed so that you can make the most of the superb views and the interior and exterior spaces. The living areas are bright and have large sliding windows. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large dining table in the centre for sharing a good meal. From the kitchen you can access an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. The living room has comfortable sofas, a fireplace, an HD home cinema and access to the terrace.

In the middle of the terrace, there are wide open stairs that lead you to the sleeping area on the ground floor. On this floor you have access to two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two junior bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. All these rooms have access to the terraces on the ground floor.

The infinity pool with a shallow relaxation area and sunbeds is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing while enjoying the view of the sea and the surrounding nature. A hammock and a sitting area will allow you to read a book in peace or to take a little nap.

The villa has a private car park.


Staff & Services

The rental of the house includes the services of a housekeeper and a change of towels every two days. A concierge service and a change of bed linen (once a week) are also included in the rental price.

Location

Villa Elaia Beach is located in the Kechria area, a 20 minute drive from Skiathos town and 25 minutes from the airport. The beach of Ligaries is only 100 metres from the house.
The rental of a 4X4 is recommended for easy access to the house.
