Indoors & Outdoors​ 

With a surface area of 360 m², the interiors of the villa are designed to offer maximum comfort and space. The spacious and bright living room is equipped with a fireplace and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The modern and elegant dining room can accommodate all guests for convivial meals. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious dishes to be enjoyed inside or outside. The decoration and furnishings have been carefully chosen to reflect a contemporary and refined style.

The Villa has 5 elegant and comfortable rooms, which can accommodate up to 10 people. Each room is equipped with high quality beds and has its own bathroom. Extra beds can be made up according to guests' preferences and a baby cot is available on request.


Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a 5,000 m² garden, providing a peaceful and green haven. The terrace is furnished with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, allowing guests to fully enjoy the stunning views of the sea and mountains. The infinity pool (17×4 meters size heated infinity pool) and outdoor Jacuzzi invite you to relax and feel good, while the direct access to the sea offers opportunities for swimming and water sports.

There is an additional mini house with stairs to the sea, it offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.
