The main house has a living room with fireplace, a dining room for 8 people and an equipped kitchen. The atmospheres are modern and minimalist. This property is very bright thanks to the clarity of the materials. The dining room furniture has been worked by great designers. The fully equipped kitchen is made of stainless steel and corian. The house is fully air-conditioned. This main house is composed of 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms with W.C. A first annex has a large living room with open kitchen. The second annex is a large studio with double bed, a shower room and W.C.


Outdoors

The property's 50 m² swimming pool has four podiums that can be used as seats or diving boards. On the terrace, there is also a relaxation area with sheltered deckchairs and a large dining area with a dining room for 10 people overlooking the dune. This area also has a bar at your disposal, in the shade.

The villa is located south of Paros in the region of Algeria, in a quiet and privileged environment, close to the sea with a little neighborhood. The property is located near two of the best beaches on the island, Frangas 10 mins and Golden Beach 7 mins.
