Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. , with bathtub, 1 washbasin. separate WC room, WC are shared.
Room 3
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. , with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin. separate WC room, WC are shared.
Room 4 - For staff/nannies :
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm. Bathroom private, with walk-in shower. separate WC room.
Note : All bedrooms feature a black out curtains with no shutters.
On the main floor, there is one WC room for all the rooms.
Indoors
This modern, large open plan villa offers incredible interiors.
Ground floor (Entrance to the house via the garage) :
On this level, you can find a laundry room with ironing and tumble dryer, an extra Wc room and a storage room.
The fourth bedroom for staff/nannies/etc is also located on this floor (the entrance of the room is from the garage).
Inside stairs lead you to the upper floor.
First Floor :
The living area has 2 lounges, one with a hammock and another with a luxurious designer sofa area. The dining room is adjacent to the living areas and the open plan, fully equipped kitchen. This level also comprises 3 bedrooms, including the master one which offers fantastic sea views.

This extraordinary private villa overlooks the bay of Navarino.
You can enjoy the sun and the amazing sunsets of Pylos while swimming in the charming pool (20 x 4 metres - depth max 170 cm) and gazing over the signature golf There is also an external sitting area for 4 as well as 6 sunbeds and 2 sun umbrellas.
Staff & Services
The price includes : concierge service 24/7, villa cleaning (internal) and change of linen every 4-5 days (depending on the length of stay), fresh towels upon request, pool and beach towels provided upon request.
