This chalet is spread over an area of more than 900 sqm, arranged over 4 floors served by a private elevator and a service staircase.
Its highly refined design blends with the quality of carefully selected materials to make the Villa a cozy, private and exclusive luxurious place.
An entire floor is occupied by a living room with a fireplace and wet bar served by a fully equipped hi-tech kitchen for maximum comfort.
Its master bedroom and the three suites, enhanced by a walk-in closet, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, a LED TV and a large terrace, ooze wealth and luxury.
The chalet also includes a comfortable and spacious equipped office.
The basement is designed to accommodate a modern and functional SPA and a large fitness area covering 25sqm. The wellness area is equipped with a sauna, a 20-meter pool and a Jacuzzi with waterfall.
There is also a wine cellar housing the finest labels and a soundproofed cinema room with a large screen and comfortable seats for ultimate relaxation while watching movies.

The price includes the services of an an in-house Michelin chef from the most renowned restaurant in Cortina, the Tivoli, preparing gourmet meals using the freshest local and imported ingredients (Note : Chef is included, food and beverage is on consumption.), a full time professional butler, a dedicated in-house concierge available 24/7(to book restaurants, taxis, undertake grocery shopping and organise daily activities...), a 24/7 driver service (including access to a new BMW supplied by BMW Italy. Additional Mercedes E-class van available when required), a daily housekeeping, the final housekeeping, champagne reception and pre-stocked fridge on arrival, complementary luxury bath and skin products by Acqua Di Parma, fresh flowers and candles.
