Indoors & Outdoors​ 

Spanning three floors, this 386 m² chalet offers enough space for 6/7 people, providing every luxurious comfort and a serene atmosphere.
Traditional elements combined with modern design, chic details and numerous unique pieces from all over the world give this retreat a very special character.
On the ground floor, are 3 en-suite double bedrooms with direct access to the garden and outdoor pool.
The heart of the chalet is the open-plan living area on the first floor with a high roof truss, spacious dining area, cosy sofa and fireplace. The large glass windows offer an unobstructed view of nature, and a big screen with projector and high-end surround sound from Bang & Olufsen ensures thrilling movie nights.
The wellness area (with relaxation area, steam bath, Finnish sauna, Aquamoon waterfall shower, snow shower, Technogym treadmill and multifunctional bench) is located in the basement. Here, the large TV with games console and high-quality speakers will provide children with plenty of entertainment.
Massages and beauty treatments can be booked on request at the chalet's own massage room.
Guests will also enjoy the year-round heated pool (10x4 m) with counter-current system and massage jets.
Cars can be safely parked in the private garage with e-charging station.


Staff & Services

The private chef prepares breakfast and a delicious multi-course dinner every day. Fresh seasonal ingredients from the garden and from the local region are used. Of course, the menu can be tailored to your liking after consultation with the chef. Lunch can also be prepared on request.

In Winter, the prices include :

- Five o'clock tea: finest tea and coffee, homemade pastries, cakes and canapés are served daily at 5 p.m.

In Summer, the chalet can be rented in "Full service" formula or in "B&B" formula.
"Full service" prices include :

- Private chef for breakfast and dinner (lunch on request)
- 1 dinner at the nearby Costamula restaurant, a listed farm dating back to 1608 (excluding drinks)
- 1 wine tasting in the chalet with the best South Tyrolean wines (with a minimum stay of 6 nights)
