Note: Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed which can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult (the 8th and/or 9th persons are not included in the price: supplement of €2,000 per week).
Indoors
The villa's interiors are elegantly appointed and spacious, with large windows overlooking the inner courtyard and offering a unique play of light.
Lime-based resin floors, natural wood furniture and reclaimed stone cladding add to the charm of the house.
On the ground floor, you'll find a living-dining area with fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and vaulted ceilings.
There is also an outbuilding with a private courtyard, patio, relaxation area, double sofa bed and bedroom with en suite bathroom. The latter benefits from direct access to the pool and garden.
The first floor, accessed by a stone staircase, offers another single bedroom and panoramic terraces.
For optimum relaxation, the villa has a stone-lined room with a heated pool for moments of well-being.
Outdoors
The property is well treed, with a small citrus orchard surrounded by high stone walls.
The outdoor courtyard offers several areas for relaxing between the pergolas and walls, with an outdoor dining area and a stone barbecue, perfect for barbecues with family and friends.
