Light-colored walls highlight a carefully curated décor, conceived as a balanced dialogue between modern furniture, antique pieces, and artworks from the owners’ private collection.
The layout between Bevi and Mosca facilitates group living, notably thanks to the presence of two kitchens that allow meals to be shared with ease. In the Bevi area, a very large indoor table serves as the focal point for convivial moments, whether for shared dinners or planning the day. More discreet corners provide opportunities for privacy without feeling disconnected from the rest of the house. A dedicated games area, with table tennis and table football, pleasantly completes the leisure spaces.
Outdoors
The palazzo opens onto an inner courtyard and extends into patios arranged for outdoor dining. The two gardens are designed to preserve privacy, even when the entire property is fully occupied, allowing for a natural balance between shared moments and quieter interludes. Two swimming pools are seamlessly integrated into these spaces, with sun loungers set in an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
In the shaded Mosca area, a very large outdoor table accommodates group lunches and dinners. The house offers four private parking spaces, with additional street parking available.
Staff & Services
A house attendant welcomes guests on arrival and remains available to ensure the smooth running of the stay. On-site instructions and a welcome kit are provided. Assistance can be arranged for bookings and activities, with the option of hiring a private chef. Electricity consumption is charged as an extra according to the terms explained on arrival, with payment due at departure.
