- First floor: one suite bedroom with double bed and extra single bed with full bathroom and outdoor heated shower. One double bedroom and one room with 2 single beds that share one bathroom.
- Next to the kitchen in the ground floor there is an extra bathroom for guests.

The House consists of 2 floors of around 400 square meters in total.
Amenities include: TV, CD-stereo, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, 3 hobs for 2 burners each, microwave oven, fridge, 2 fireplaces, ice machine, baby bed and high chair upon request.
There is an indoor dining table for 12 people and outdoor dining table under the pergola for 14 people.
The swimming pool is 15,00 X 2,5 meters and depth 1,60 meters. It is set high above the garden and offers a fine view of the churches and main squares.

The palazzo is 200 meters from the main square of Muro Leccese. Five minutes walking from distance restaurants and pastry shops, fifteen minutes walking from supermarkets and a fifteen minutes drive from Otranto.
The nearest beaches are only 15 minutes from the house and include sand and pebble ones, as well as rocks to jump off and beach clubs to visit.
Brindisi: 50 minutes - 80 km
Lecce: 20 minutes - 35 km
Bari: 1 hour and 40 minutes - 200 km
