Trulli Primarosa is a charming villa located in the countryside of Ostuni. A "trulli" is a stone building typical of southern Italy, round at the base and with a conical roof. This beautiful property with pool is located just 2 kilometres from the white town of Ostuni and only 20 minutes from the magnificent Apulian coast. It is an ideal place for a wonderful getaway in Italy.
The property can be rented in 3 or 4 bedrooms.
Bedrooms
Room 1 - Lamia - 1 :
Room, direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also dressing room.
Room 2 - Trulli - 1 :
Room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 80 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom.
Room 3 - Trulli - 2 :
Room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 80 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom.
Room 4 - Trulli delle Rose :
Suite with 2 bedrooms. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 single bed 140 cm. Bathroom private.
Note : the second bed in the bedroom 4 is a French bed (140 x 190 cm).
Indoors
The villa is nicely decorated and its stone walls give a warm touch to its interior.
In the main building, called "Lamia", you will find the living room, the kitchen and a double bedroom opposite the pool (with walk in closet and direct access to the garden). From the kitchen, you will have access to a patio with an outdoor guest bathroom.
The property also includes Trullis. Only a wall separates them from the Lamia. They offer two double bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms and independant access to the garden) which can be connected by a door (please note that they are not connected to the Lamia bedroom).
On the left of the villa, is the Trullo Delle Rose. This independent suite comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom, an alcove room (with a French bed : 140 x 190 cm), a terrace and an alfresco dining area with oven.
The property also has an ancient Trullo, which in not already renovated.
Outdoors
Thanks to its privileged location on 3 hectares of olive groves, the villa offers an exceptional environment.
You can enjoy the garden, terraces, the swimming pool (10 x 5 m - Depth: 1 to 2 m), as well as the soothing landscape surrounding the house.
The property has a private covered parking and another private parking for the suite (not covered).
Staff & Services
The price includes household linen, the provision of pool towels (2 per guests), the provision of slippers, bathroom amenities, a mid-week cleaning* (2 or 3 hours on Wednesday morning at 10 am - change of towels and quick tide up of the villa, garbage collection), free washing machines, pool and garden maintenance (once a week), a welcome basket.
The prices doesn't include the final cleaning (the amount depends on the length of the stay and whether the property is rented in 3 or 4 bedrooms).
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as extra maid service, cook/private chef services, extra bed linen change, extra towels change, concierge service, wellness at the villa, yoga, boat trip, wine tasting...
* : 2 hours when the property is rented with 3 bedrooms and 3 hours when the property is located with 4 bedrooms.
Location
Trulli Primarosa is located only 2 kilometers from the White City of Ostuni and only 20 minutes from the Apulian coast.
The nearest airport is Brindisi (40 km).
Notes :
- A vehicle is required, as the road is not walkable.
- The villa is bordered by a road that links Ostuni to Ceglie. As the property is located in the countryside, the noise of cars may be amplified by strong winds. But the villa rarely had clients remarques concerning this points.
- A/C : there is a wall A/C in the Lamia building (living room, kitchen, bedroom). In the big trulli, there is only a mobile A/C (since the 2 trullis can be connected, when the door is open, the fan is able to cool the 2 bedrooms). In the Trulli delle Rose suite there is a/c in all the building.
- The pool is open from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of October.
- In August, there is a venue that organises parties and can play music until 2am. As the villa is situated in the countryside, the sound can sometimes be carried and amplified by the wind (which is quite strong in the area).
- The villa is bordered on one side by a road which connects Ostuni with Ceglie Messapica (SP22). Occasionally, some noise may be transported and amplified by the wind (which is quite strong in the area).
- Final Cleaning fee:
6 guests or fewer: Extra €120 (1 week stay)/€140 (2 weeks stay)/€160 (3 weeks), paid locally in cash.
2 hours mid stay cleaning included.
6-8 guests: Extra €215 (1 week stay)/€260 (2 weeks stay)/€300 (3 weeks), paid locally in cash. 3 hours mid-stay cleaning included.
Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
