Villa Stellata is a lovely self-catering house situated nearby the “White city” of Ostuni, in the Apulia region of southern Italy. Thanks to its five bedrooms, spread over two buildings, the property can accommodate up to 11 people. It is the ideal place to spend an incredible Italian holiday with family or friends, in an atmosphere of absolute privacy, tranquillity and luxury.

Indoors 

The property is composed by two adjacent units (always rent together) : an ancient trulli complex renovated with the greatest care and respect for the tradition and a stone house. The interior design has been curated up until the smallest details, starting from a “rustic & local” style. This result was made possible by the reuse and upcycling of typical Apulian tools and furnitures together with luxurious items - thus perfectly fitting within the territorial context. In this way guests can enjoy a luxurious yet authentic experience.
The Trulli complex has an entrance / dining room, a fully furnished kitchen, an ample living room with a large "made in Italy" sofa and a guests bathroom. In this unit, guests will also find three double bedrooms with French beds and ensuite bathrooms (with thermostatic showers). 
The second structure, the stone house, has an ample open space, a fully furnished kitchen, two bathrooms, a double bedroom (with a French bed) and a bedroom with three bunk beds realized by an artisan and designed through wooden beams.
Guests will also enjoy the gem of the indoors of the property : the air-conditioned veranda within the trulli complex. This incredible area features an all-glass&windows style, creating a wonderful Indoor-Outdoor effect. It has an indoor SPA pool (6x2.5mt), made in Italy by Hi-Tide (a similar pool by this company features in the Mega Yacht “Attila”). This technological ozone-filtered pool has 7 hydro massage posts, chromotherapy and is heated to about 31 degrees celsius, so it can be used in any climate. 


Outdoors​ 

The property, which offers a blissful panorama to its visitors, seats on an acre of land. The villa faces an intimate valleys composed by grain fields, olive trees and oak woods. The outdoor of the property features more than 500 square metres of ample solariums on various levels, many shades al fresco spaces, various tables, an ample terrace located in front of the Trulli (with cooking station, basin and fridge) and a large barbecue area with pizza oven. Guests will also enjoy the outdoor pool (of about 50 sqm, 1,30 m deep) with its parterre and a rounded solarium of about 90 sqm. Thanks to its dominating position, the pool offers a beautiful view on the surrounded blissful valley. The property also has an outdoor heated Jacuzzi (for 6 people) nested in ancient stones and ideal for bathing under the stars, three outdoor heated showers and a sun-heated shower nearby the pool. In the shadow of a field of centenary olive trees, visitors can find an ample parking.

Staff & Services

The villa collaborate with a concierge that has 5 years of experience at Borgo Egnazia (the world renown Apulian resort). Available throughout the stay, he will take care of the guests, help them to discover the particularities of the beautiful land they are into. He will make sure they can benefit from the many additional services the villa can offer, depending on their vibe and preferences.
Price includes a welcome at the property, a welcome basket (with local products and wine), a mid-week housekeeping (including change of linen and towels), indoor swimming pool heating, external Jacuzzi heating and final housekeeping.


Location

Villa Stellata has a strategic location in the heart of the “Itria Valley”, at 6km from Ostuni (jet set destination), at 14km from the Baroque pearl village of Martina Franca and at 8 km from Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica (two beautiful Apulian villages renown for their culinary tradition).
The property is about 20km from the beach yet it is at 400mt above the sea level, so it’s always cool & chilly - even during the summer.
