Villa Arrighi is located in the Castello di Reschio Estate, on the borders of Umbria and Tuscany. This property was a watchtower with an adjining fortified farmhouse and has a commanding view over to Tuscany and all along the Niccone Valley. Indoors
This ancient watchtower and fortified farmhouse were meticulousy restored and are now a spacious modernist house. The property consists of three buldings : the imposing L-shaped Main House which was the former fortified farmhouse and watch-tower, the Guest house and the Bread Oven.
Villa Arrihi offers various living areas, all fully equipped. The villa has for example underfloor heating ground floor, unlimited WiFi internet access, fly screens and an alarm system.
In the main house, guests can enjoy a large kitchen, sitting rooms and a dining room and the guest house has a sitting room with a kitchenette.
There are six berooms in total, divided between the Main House (with five bedrooms) and the Guest House (with one bedroom). Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and bathrooms have heated towel rail and hair dryers.
Outdoors
The villa offers vast outdoors with external lights. Outside, it is possible to admire the glass-encased staircase tower which is an architectural show-stopper and the amazing surroundings of the property with sweeping views over the estate, the Niccone valley and over to Tuscany.
Guests can enjoy the mature garden planted with ancient olive trees and mediterranean plants, the large outdoor covered dining area and the infinity pool (18 x 4 meters).
The property has also an automatic gates, a private access road, automatic illumination and a private parking.
Staff & Services
Maid service 6 days per week, pool service 6 days per week and concierge service are included. The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as chef services, grocery delivery or car with driver.
