Equipped with quality equipment, Villa Castilana also offers a Bluetooth sound system, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, but also broadband wifi access throughout the villa, the garden and the pool area.
Old building renovated in a luxurious property, the villa Castilana also has a small private chapel.
The four last bedrooms are located in an annex : the annex at Castiglione Ugolino is a proper house, complete with a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious and cozy living room with adjoining dining room and four beautiful bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, elegantly refined in precious marble, as in the sister unit.

The beautifully landscaped garden and swimming pool (14m x 4m) are perfect for a relaxing moment under the Italian sun, and offer magnificent views of the valley.

The pool is heated to around 28 °C from June to September (included in the price).
During the Low Season, central heating is not included in the rental rate.
