Indoors
The villa has recently been re-styled, creating a light filled home with some pieces of furniture designed especially for the space mixed with some wonderful found items.
The property offers various living areas, all fully equipped. The villa has for example underfloor heating ground floor, unlimited WiFi internet access, fly screens and an alarm system.
In the main house, guests can enjoy a living room with fireplace, a large fitted kitchen with island and pantry, a dining room with four arched folding glass dorways and a sitting room. There are also a laundry room, a large storage room and a wine cellar.
There are four berooms in total, divided between the main house with three bedrooms (one master suite, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom) and the guest house with one double bedroom. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and bathrooms have heated towel rail and hair dryers.
Outdoors
The villa offers vast outdoors with external light. Guests can enjoy the beautiful garden, the pergola with shady dining area and the further outdoor dining table. The house includes an infinity pool sits on a terrace above the house, surrounded by fragrant lavender gardens and with dreamy views of Reschio’s rolling hills.
