Room 1
Room, Ground level, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 2
Suite, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub with shower head. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private balcony, fan.

Room 3
Suite, Lower floor, direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom outside the room, with walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Suite, Lower floor, direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom outside the room, with walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.
On the lower floor, it is possible to add a 2m x 1m portable divans in each bedroom. 
All bedrooms have blinds or shutters.


Indoors

At the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room in open space, as well as an office with sofas and a desk (which cannot be used as a 5th bedroom). A mezzanine above the kitchen is at your disposal with Yoga equipment.

The lower floor, consist of the games room with football table and snooker table, overlooking the pool and give access to the garden, hot tub and sauna.

The artwork on display is from renowned world-class artists that display their work at museums like the Met in New York or Victoria & Albert Museum in London. All furniture was custom made by artisans to fit the Villa design.

The service is premium: all kitchen and serving utensils are from upscale brands like Cutipol, the linen is 5-star hotel quality, in the bathroom you will find premium shower gel and soaps from Rituals, fresh flowers are placed every week, and mid-week you have a cleaning service for free.


Outdoors

The large infinity swimming pool 12 m x 5 m (x1.20 m - 2.50 m depth) offers a mesmerizing sea view. The swimming pool has an electric cover for the security of everyone. The sunbeds alongside allow you to take rest and to enjoy the nice climate. The heating of the pool takes 2 to 5 days depending on atmospheric conditions. 
The garden is well maintained with a large koi fish pond.
This house has little outdoor furniture and no sun umbrella due to its windy area. The outdoor table is ideal for small evening meals, near by a gas barbecue.


Location

Cascais and Sintra (UNESCO patrimony) offer some of the best seaside bathing conditions and water-sports in Portugal, depending on the kind of beach you choose. A higher or lower exposure to the Atlantic Ocean means more or less crowded beaches and different water sports.
We recommend the coast along Estoril for sheltered beaches and from Cascais/Guincho until Praia das Maçãs for wilder conditions.
Inside Quinta da Marinha resort you have access to an 18-hole championship golf course (by Robert Trent Jones) and just beside you have the Oitavos golf course (by Arthur Hills), an 18-hole course included in the top 100 courses in the world. In September 2011 Oitavos Dunes jumped 20 places up the list to be considered the 68th best course in the world and the second best in mainland Europe. Inside the resort, you have also 10 tennis courts (two synthetic grass & eight in clay), 3 padel courts, 3 squash/racketball courts, sauna, gym, indoor swimming pool, restaurants and the Marinha Equestrian Centre, considered one of the largest and most well-equipped of the Iberian Peninsula.
